Lecture Management Report of CULTURE TODAY

I have uploaded a revised edition of the draft. The references to the related ideas of Dirk K F Meijer's "universal consciousness" and Richard Amoroso's "Noetic Field Theory" are added in the main text. My own previous arguments related to these are newly accommodated in the notes.

I am now making preparation for someone to take over my study and teaching after I have retired in the year 2022, at the age of seventy. In order to make it easier for someone to fulfill the chairI have occupied, I am now doing my best to collect and rearrange the body of my educational attainment.
